Conference featuring advancements in unified communications technology helps cement relationship between Wildix and Class5.
VANCOUVER, Wash. – Feb. 6, 2020 – Earlier this week, Class5 Technologies attended Wildix’s UC&C Summit 2020 conference in Dallas, Texas, where they learned about a variety of new products and services that will soon be available for clients in the US.
“We’re excited to see Wildix make changes and improvements to their platform based on feedback they’ve received from companies like Class5,” says Ray Paskey, President/CEO of Class5 Technologies. “Some companies tend to drag their feet when it comes to upgrades or updates. But Wildix has shown a real desire to provide solutions that truly meet consumer needs as quickly as possible.”
Some of the new features on display at the conference will become available with software updates that will be released late in the first quarter. One of the more notable improvements identified by Class5 is the ability for Wildix Collaboration users to access a shared voicemail box, something that businesses broken up into multiple departments or locations will find beneficial. Additional improvements to Wildix products and services will be completed and available throughout the upcoming year.
Attending the conference displays Class5’s ongoing commitment to businesses choosing to use Wildix products and services, and their goal of providing products and services that meet the requirements of business owners and IT professionals.
