Hi, my name is Ray Paskey and I acquired Class5 (NW Communications) in 2005. It was the day I started providing business phone services, sales, support, and technical advice to other businesses without any constraint related to employment, management, or other restrictions. Since then my staff and I have been able to produce communication solutions for our clients local and throughout the country. We have solved the needs of our customers with traditional and engineered combinations of various products.
How are we different from the huge national companies? We have been building SMS scripts, programming Auto Attendants, installing VOIP end points, and linking paging interfaces, etc for many years. Our experience installing 5-1000 user phone systems on premise are still the basis for the routing of our new cloud based phone systems. We understand call routing of DID’s, e-911 programming, Multiple Call Groups, and all their unique quirks. You name it and we have done it. We continue to learn how to use new technologies to solve the issues that come up for our business owners locally and around the country.
